Train One-on-One With Jackie

 

If you found Jackie Warner’s Thanksgiving weight-loss tips helpful a couple of weeks ago, then you should give her workout DVD, Workout: One-On-One Training with Jackie, a try. The 60-minute DVD will help you burn off not only those Thanksgiving calories, but also Christmas and New Year’s Eve ones too!

Star of reality TV show Workout and the owner of Sky Sport Spa in Beverley Hills, Jackie has based most of the routines in her fitness DVD on the exercises from her hit TV show. There are three fat-burning and toning routines, each 20 minutes long focusing on the upper body, lower body and core/abs, all using Jackie’s tailored one-on-one training technique. You can either do the three workouts separately, are all 3 after each other for a full 60-minute session. The workouts include circuit and strength training with short bursts of cardio in between, just to get your heart-rate up as well.

Because Jackie does a lot of the exercises herself and uses one other trainer in the dvd program, you get the sense that you really are working out with her one-on-one. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced exerciser, there are modifications to each routine that accommodates for your specific fitness level.
